Hunstanton

Often referred to as Sunny Hunny, Hunstanton, because of its location is one of the few east coast towns to enjoy beautiful sunsets over the sea. There is lots to keep everyone occupied in Hunstanton, the beautiful sandy beaches of both Old Hunstanton and Hunstanton itself are enjoyed all year round by all sorts of people, there is a sealife centre, fair, small theatre/cinema, amusement arcades, shops, plenty of fish and chips and cafes plus lots more.

Hunstanton pier was built in 1870 but sadly in 1978 during the floods, the pier was destroyed and never rebuilt. There is a caravan site in Hunstanton with a small land train which runs in the summer from the site, through the town centre, along the cliffs and to the beach at Old Hunstanton.
